Trick flow heads how are they ?

I’ll never know what numbers mine makes on a Dyno and don’t give a you know what. The drag strip will be my dyno, as long as I don’t get booted for being too fast without a roll bar....probably is a given so might as well go for broke then!

pipe on exhaust or not.

Surprised it can’t flow 200@.300 when I can hit that 212cfm with a cheap azz speedmaster. After all this is a head aimed towards the street crowd (street strip).

No pipe. If/when they bring out a race head i wonder if it will be based off these castings or be something totally different?

Better be something different. It needs a raised port, offset rockers, a 1.500 exhaust valve with a 1.550 and 1.600 option, moved valve centers...if I think of more I’ll add it.

BTW, there are other people working on heads. And they aren’t working on street heads.

is that a standard Mopar M1 manifold?
It’s the last version of the LA Style with relocated outlet/bypass. The spread bore is Epoxied To a square bore. The epoxy is pinned to the aluminum so there’s no chance of it coming off and being ingested.

I heard rumblings of using a big block Mopar rocker. I think that would be a mistake.
Yes it would. They need to develop their own rocker, put the stands in the correct location and get it so you can run 1.8 rockers. I knew I’d think of other stuff.

Can you guys elaborate on why it would be a mistake to use a big block rocker arm if they set up the head correctly to use it? Just wondering.
