I was stationed in Lewiston, Idaho from 1993-1996. Interesting area. It has the farthest most inland sea port. The confluence of the Snake and Clearwater rivers are there and is magnificent. Its home to a very stinky paper mill. The smell stays around since its in a valley. I loved my time there. The people will help you in any way, but also stay out of your business.
