1970 Dart big block engine swap.

I got my brakes all squared away, 11 1/2” drilled and slotted discs front and rear. Going to run new brake lines and I have a new master cylinder and proportioning valve. New subject, my 440 has aluminum heads, big cam and 10:1 compression. I’m running a FiTech EFI. Wondering what my spark plug heat range should be along with thermostat temperature. I’m sure they will both have a direct influence on each other.
