Street Outlaws. Are you guys into it

-
I guess some are millionaires. You can see it in the cars. Look at fireball, lutz, larson, etc. those guys have to have bucks or someone backing them. I’ve read that fireball is a half mill$ car.
Lutz and Larson have been building cars for quite a while before the show ever came out, and I think Chief and Shaun were too. They had to make decent money before the show, and I'm sure they've all made good money off it too.

Larry Larson has a chassis shop near KC that does a good amount of business.
I bought some pro street parts from him years ago - great Guy very helpful.

Actually liked it having the balls to race title for title. Except for the unknowns of course.

Larry Larsen and Jeff Lutz have both won Hot Rod Drag Week, so I tend to believe they are legit. Big Chief and Shawn were street racers way back, Chief was an HVACR guy before the show, don't recall what Shawn (Murder Nova) was doing for a living before, they started Midwest Street Cars after the show got popular.
JJ has always been a hustler, he got busted for trafficking coke in the late 80's or early 90's and did some hard time.

I thought it was great that Natrona county/Casper wyo in the heat of the China virus stuff offered up their fairly new by-pass around the western part of this city for filming.
....and for the earlier poster that remarked about NOLA cleaning house then struggling against Memphis you do realize that JJ stuck to his word and the finals were on that very same concrete road...... he just moved the starting line ..... so much for data!

Power to them. They all probably worked their asses off to get where they are. Just saying money helps a lot.

I don't care if they get paid a dollar or a million dollars. it entertainment.
just like if i watch some movie that has X,Y AND Z actors on it or some series. It don't make the movie any better/worse if i know how much they to paid or not.
It just entertainment.

when was the last time he was competitive on a list race or a cash days?

He and Asian are a side show.
Yes and i get a big kick out of that side show. Yeah it "show" I get a kick out of them too.
All the thing they come up with. With the Mad Scientist it just hilarious!

Looks like next week they will be bringing out a golf cart to race in the "daily driver race". can't wait! It will be a hoot:rofl:
Yeah i know, i'm easily entertained:D

I remember the cadillac hearse where they were hiding inside the seats. That was a hoot!
forgot about that one.
I think that was one of there best pranks. Would have loved to have had that car:lol:

I was referring to it being said that none of those cars are actually driven on the street .. They are a sideshow now but at one time were always trying to make the list .

I don’t care for the Farmytruck duo at all but with that said they sure have their followers and the kids love them. They came to the world of wheels car show five years ago in pittsburgh and the line to get in was two long city blocks to get in. Usually it’s under 30 feet.
