small block stroker longevity

Ok now that i have read all of this.
first off i had a class C dodge motor home and it had a 318 in it 727 transmission. Ran 4000 rpm all day long at 65 miles an hour. Was amazed at how well it pulled the hills.
yours has and over drive transmission, will it hold up to the extra torque of the stroker?

I like the GV to split gears as well as overdrive. splitting gears is going to be more help them you may thing.
Overdrive to get the rpm down to what the stroker want.
Much bigger transmission cooler
Much bigger radiator. ( The fan is not going to be spinning as fast as it did with the 318, but will be making more heat).
Us your stock exhaust manifolds(headers will make more power but will make much more heat in the eng compartment.(which will be overheated all the time.
If it don't have a fuel return system, make one...............you said fuel injection.....this may not be as big if an issue.
free flowing exhaust. 3" exhaust with large 4" lone muffler/s if you can fit them in there.
Make sure your transmission is up to the task. The 318 moved that big o thing with HP aka RPM you stroker will be using much more Torque to get the job done.
