Sooooo, Venmo is owned by PayPal. All the money transfer apps are owned by one of the larger banks or companies.
And PayPal is not a Chinese company, or even majority owned by Chinese businesses. Just fake news there.
I’ve been using PayPal for over a decade now. Have had a few disputes, as both a buyer and a seller, and PayPal did a good job every time. Maybe not perfect, but hey, nobody is. But they were fair, and that’s the important part.
