Chicken wings

I like dry a rub.....for wings that is.

EDIT....1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon each Onion powder, Garlic powder, smoked paprika, kosher salt (1/2 if table salt), 1/2 pepper (white if you have it).
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Add more or less depending on how much heat you like. Taste it before you use it.
Mix well.

Toss wings in olive oil then add rub, toss again and bake. Toss with more rub before serving if desired.
Pairs well with Beer.
