Chicken wings

Marinade 2-3 hours fridge: 1 cup OJ, 1/2 can lager beer(drink the rest) 1 cup soy sauce
few oz. tabasco or similar. Garlic/herb seasoning, plenty salt/lemon pepper

Pierce a few tiny holes (large needle)between meat and bone of each wing
Put in shallow pan to marinate, brush onto wings flipping over each hour.
I prefer on grill moderate indirect heat, not fire. Or oven cook to your liking.
