408 build in Australia

Hi all

Can I get some thoughts on a 408 build I have rolling around in my head. I'd like to get about 500hp from it at the engine. Would this set up get that figure?
I chose the cast crank as I contacted Scat and they rate it to 700hp and 7000rpm but no power adders and trans brake.
360 block
Scat cast stroker crank
Scat I beams
Forged pistons 10.5 to 11.5 comp
Edelbrock rpm alloy heads port matched and light flow work
Edelbrock rpm airgap inlet or victor 340
Pertronix flame thrower 3 ignition
Holley 750 or Sniper EFI kit
1 5/8" headers with twin 2.5" or 3" exhaust
Lunati roller rockers
Lunati solid flat tappet 251/259 @50 with .566/.586 lift
What I might change is use Trick Flow heads (probably close to the cost of worked Edelbrock heads and you'll be getting a better head) and I would definitely go single plane. Might even go with a Super Victor or the Trick Flow intake.
