Hood Hinges

Hey folks,

I just got a set of hood hinges for my 68 Barracuda. How do I know if they need to be rebuilt or not? There is a little slop where the hood part of the hinge attaches to the lower part of the hinge at the rivet that attaches both. Should there be a little play there or should it be snug. I'm thinking it may be rounded out.
 
They are factory sloppy as heck, show a picture of what you may think need help...

They are definitely sloppy!
Ill post some pics to show what I mean.
 
Willie told me the Mopar coiled hinge was a terrible design, (no surprise there).
He usually looses a finger nail when re assembling.
Worth the $. :mad:
