For most of us it seems best to assume that if spotted by non-LEs its a target, and if spotted by LEOs its going to be at best a long discussion.
Not that this relates to me, but this Massad's observation about many officer's natural reaction seems timeless.
Thing like this should be part of driver’s ed. How to behave during a traffic stop in general. That being said, some cops seem to be looking for a confrontation. Maybe not, perhaps just having a bad day.
