The cool thing if we bought is to do all we wanted to the new place including the garage, before we moved in. The basement in this house was never finished. That's nice be able to do what we wanted with the design, and like you said John, money is cheap right now.
Jodi just closed on another little parcel in Lincoln last week. She is going to split it into thirds and flip it. Most everything decent is selling by owner. Real estate agents are going the way of the photo hut with an eight track player.
