Hello everyone. Mike in Greensboro, NC. Have my first Mopar. I have a few really good friends that are life long Mopar guys but I like to do my own research sometimes too.
I've always liked old cars, usually GM muscle cars and have been messing around with the LS world since 2005 but picked up a nice project and may be on here with questions when time allows.

Welcome from the frozen tundra, what is your project, a RV? Hah! This group will toss ya like a salad for no pictures. You will find no end to the opinions and knowledge on here. Lord have mercy don’t ask what cam to use. On plus side if you put a question out here or research existing threads on any given topic you will save yourself a buttload of cash and time. Ask me how I know. And make no mistake as you get to know the guys in your area and they start coming to your shop to check on progress your liquor bill will go up and your dog will get fatter. Welcome aboard

I'll be alright... GM LSx **** is high ...
welcome from Oregon! Parts prices are all over the place on Mopar you can buy an alternator for 50 bucks or pay $4,000 for a bare race block. Just know that just because it'll fit your car doesn't mean it isn't junk a lot of reproduction parts are these days! That's where this form will come in very handy separating The wheat from the chaff so to speak. Or maybe I should say the posers from the dope.
