Hemp is even a worse bet. The market is over-saturated and the only profitable part of it is the CBD they can extract and it faces the exact same regulatory risks I stated earlier. Once FDA gets busy enforcing the CBD restrictions on OTC products resulting from there being approved prescription CBD drug products, hemp is done.
