What bushings is everyone using on the rear of the leafsprings? I bought stock replacement shackles and bushings, the 7/8 bushing don't fit the rear eye on the spring. I know they are 1" bushings but is there bushings for a vehicle I can order? B body bushings? Jeep CJ7 bushings?

Are the holes in the rear brackets that bolt to the car 1" as well?

I put solid aluminum bushing in my SS springs...got them from mancini racing.....had to drill front hangar if i remember....

I bought some poly bushings on ebay , they fit perfect , right before I pulled the springs off for caltrac system.

I would have recommended correctly poly front & back or aluminum front/poly back bushings. OEM bushings are cheap, soft rubber that doesn't hold up as well in performance use and takes away from the firmer suspension you trying to get with the SS springs.

On a somewhat related note, I have been lubricating all my rubber bushings including spring, shock and strut bushings with synthetic disc brake grease for about a decade now. My suspension moves and articulates much smoother and is much more compliant with it in there. This specific synthetic grease does not attack rubber or plastic, and has Teflon, molybdenum and graphite in it.
