What are the chances that you have the wrong adapter plate or the wrong screws in the adapter plate that has allowed the entire shifter to be in the wrong place or has over-rotated it?
The mounting plate has round holes with round chamfers for the screws- theres no range of movement. I’ll check Brewers and ShifterDoc tomorrow for part #s.
OldIron, the engine snd trans mounts are tired, but theres no longitudinal deflection.
