I played in a men's tennis tournament yesterday. We all had a 3.0-3.5 rating. The other three guys playing in my match were mid 40's early 50's. When we got done and learned I was 65 year old, they were surprised. The youngest one said I was as old as his dad, and he didn't move like I did. Made me feel good!! Covid only did me good losing 25 pounds. I feel and look younger than my age...that's a plus plus!!
