I agree on the wheels (maybe if the beads weren't black) but those of us in FL appreciate factory A/C.

It didn't. When it comes to 2nd gen Barracuda's the 340 only came with the Formula S package in '68 just like the 383 only came in the Formula S package in '67. As stated above this was a 318 car.
