Stop in for a cup of coffee

OK I must be a idiot did MyMopar get rid of the FSM'S?
Hmmm, It appears they are changing things. Did some random clicking and a lot of it doesn't work, but I found them! Hit 'Forums' in the menu on left. Next screen will have a menu bar across top. Click 'reference' on that and you will see the old links.

Good Morning beef eaters!

Going to have a few things to post for sale soon, got to pay taxes on my new to me truck.
Never owned anything out of the 80es.

@MomsDuster
Just curious. Did your route take you through much of the recently deforested areas up there?
If by deforested you mean burned, yes. Once we got past Weed on 97 the ground was snow covered. So it was hard for me to tell, but to be honest wasn’t really paying a lot of attention to the details. Was a beautiful drive with the snow and mountains and weather. Being a Bay Area guy I don’t venture out to the snow country much. There are a few places the wife and I are wanting to return to see in the spring.

How do you get a truck without paying the tax up front?
Here in Arkansas you get a drive out tag for a month, that gives dealer time to process and get a title sent out to the buyer, then when I get the paperwork I then go pay taxes to tag it in my name

Same here in Colorado. Morning everyone, nice couple of days then we’re supposed to get more snow here.

Yeah want to hear something really sad? My state income taxes before deductions are less than what I’ll be paying in excise taxes each year on the wife’s new car for the next 3 years. Furthermore , they don’t go by what you actually paid, nope, they screw you by going with what class it’s in based on MSRP. In addition I get hit with a luxury fee because it’s options throw it into “luxury class suv” I get hit with an extra 500 bucks a year for 3 years on top of the excise tax.

OK, so driving on a dealer tag... I suppose a PA dealer could let you do that. Guess I never spent enough on a vehicle to be considered for such. LOL. Otherwise, same. We pay for tax and registration to the state before your plate is legal.

You don't want to see what we pay for DMV fees here in California. It is not minor...

Yep. It stupid. But it’s still better than some other states at least
Hey Chris. I have a degree wheel setup. You want to use it ? Has everything you need to degree cam. I can mail it to you if you promise to not keep it....lol

My truck. 1100 a year. Both my Audi and golf 700 a year. The 66 dart is 400 a year

Sales tax is what I have to pay so I can tag it, figure near 600 to 700., then just a 35 dollar tag issue charge, not sure what yearly sales tax will be next year.
All I know is I can now go and be safe and warm/cool and not worry about getting there, now I can take a short or long trip by myself, never could before, 2007 , 111 thousand miles on it , 5.3 ls .
