the year was 1980 my buddy in high school had a yellow 71 340 RR and my 67 fastback had a 68 383 magnum.
needless to say I walked all over him stop light to stop light, 1/8 and 1/4 mile. no matter it was not even close. lol
even the kid from the other town with his 350 SS Nova never stood a chance. 390 stangs you name it I took it. lol
