Who’s running (or has mocked up to check) the Trick Flow heads for pushrod clearance and what rockers are you using? Rocker shafts directly in the stands, or moved up, towards or away from the valves? What diameters and or tapers. Details and pictures encouraged, would be interesting to see what others not using the recommended Harland Sharp components encounter.

I have PRW stainless roller rocker arms on my Trickflows. The ratio is 1.6. It's a whole kit, rockers, spacers, shafts, studs and 2 test push rods to measure for your pushrod length. Got mine through Mike at B3 Racing. He can set you up for a geometry kit too.

Waiting on my correction kit, thread really is just for anyone who has the TF’s to post on pushrods they are using and what if any clearance issues through the heads they may have had. Oh, and pictures if possible

Well, you have to measure to see what you need. You say that you are waiting on a correction kit, how did you measure for it?
I have Hill's Bros 5/16" pushrods, special made for my one off cam. If you haven't done your homework on this, hope you don't run into the oiling problem with your cam and lifter combo.

Comp 1622-16 rockers, trickflow pushrods can't remember the length, but they're hardened one piece 5/16.. more than enough room with 640 lift solid roller.

I don't read anything about speedmaster heads. You asked for and I told ya what I had on my Trickflows.
If you want to take the low road, have a good ride, but not at my expence.
 
Crane 1.6 on intake...Crane 1.5 on exhaust...bolted to the pedestals....pushrods are Smith Bros...5/16 .083 wall...7.71 inches long...

got a set of ported SM on 360 .070 overbored...running old old old MP 590 cam...just think how much faster it would be with a newer camshaft....lol
Ran a best of 10.462 @ 125......so yeah SM heads do work....
 
Hopefully this thread will just give anyone with the TF’s an opportunity to simply post what they ended up with regarding pushrods, and give additional details if they like. Nothing more. Simple:)
 
I'm running 1.6 PRW Rockers with the correction kit from B3 as well. The pushrods are Smith Brothers 5/16" x 7.100 set up for pushrod oiling. Smith Bros said with the shorter length,and street use hydraulic roller cam, (.560 lift) there was no need for a 3/8" units.

Looks like an early pattern is developing here favoring 5/16” pushrods. I’m kinda hoping to hear from some 3/8” users myself.
 
The 7/16-20 x 5/16 ball adjusters are designed for use with Cup & Ball style pushrods. The Mancini rockers are made by Harland Sharp

Why? If 5/16 work, why would you go with a thicker (possibly heavier) pushrod and potentially have clearance issues? I have used Smith Bros 5/16 pushrods in my last 3 engines, riding on solid roller and large flat tappet cams, no issues at all.

From what I’ve gleaned here and from tech Articles is that you want the stiffest pushrod you can fit, the Weight concern is typically on the valve side, so a heavier pushrod is not an issue. Again, this is strictly info Ive found here and elsewhere.
 
I'm running prw 1.6 stainless rockers as well, with 3/8" pushrods. Hydraulic ft cam (around 0.600 lift, measured) with lunati microtrol lifters. Clearance to the pushrods is tight, I really had to triple check my rocker shims because being off 0.020" was enough to cause concern. I had one rod rub during breaking, but only just barely. I re-shimmed that rocker and haven't had a repeat.

If I were to do it again, I'd go solid ft and 5/16 pushrods.
 
I am useing PRW 1.6 roller rockers and mikes at B3 shim kit. Smith brothers 3/8 th push rods. With push rod oiling. Which are very close but they work. I am running a comp 550 soild lift cam. If I build a magnum 426 stroker engine, I will be useing my trickflow heads but will be switching to a solid roller cam

No pics but I have the mancini 1.5 rockers with smith bros 5/16 pushrods (no correction kit) and they are close. I did the tape test and they passed but I don't think 3/8 would clear on my build.

there is always an advantage using as thick a pushrod as you can get to work.
On my W5 deal i had 3/8 intakes and 7/16 exhaust pushrods

Just another thing to check. I went with Manton Stage 5 - 7/16ths pushrods in my RB, and had to increase the relief on the B3 spec'd custom rocker arms next to the adjusters to gain more clearance for those fat pushrods. You can see the proximity of the big pushrods on the 3rd rocker back in the somewhat blurry photo. My valvetrain has never been so smooth and quiet at all rpms.

My dad just assembled his using Mancini 1.6 rockers and he used their 5/16" cut to fit pushrods. He didn't have to cut them any, just assembled and they worked out for his combo. Undecked block, solid flat tappet cam, didn't use any shims under rocker shafts.

That is a MASSIVE correction right there. How many guys are running the same stuff uncorrected and wondering why their valve train is pissed off.
