Ya don’t take no **** from customers get materials up front and progress in between. It’s a lot harder to get your money after the fact. My brick work is on people’s house’s so it’s a little difficult to strip and sell. But have pulled into driveway with 4 guys dead beat customer came out. I said ok boys take er down, I know legally I can’t do that but by the time anyone gets there to stop me 80% will be on ground. Easier to ask forgiveness than permission. And if customer won’t agree to those terms he was probably going to stiff you anyway.
