Now regarding the power steering pump. Can i use my /6 bracket or do i need to switch to the small block bracket. I assume alternator bracket is different from slant to sb?
Slant 6 bracket is different than LA, but the pump can interchange. The pressure relief valve is different between a V8 and /6 pump, but the /6 pump is actually better anyway (less pressure = better feel).
