Turn Signal Will Not Cancel In One Direction

Im looking at the picture and I don't see any rub marks on the bottom tang but I do see them on the top one. No, don't have another wheel, but did find a solution. As a side note, looking for a nice OE replacement wheel & horn button. Anyway, on a whim, put a plastic sleeve over the wheel stud with some dielectric grease to make it slightly fatter. That fixed it. Go figure!
