That's what I said when it was stolen in 84 & then again in 86. I bought car brand new because I had a 50 mile trip 1 way to the city. Best car I ever bought because I never had to bring back to the dealer with problems. Kept it 15 years put 205,000 miles with original timing belt, fan belt and clutch. Some places you work in NY theft is rampant and so was burning and looting back in the 70's just like a certain group is doing it again today. As a FDNY member you don't always choose where you work, but do it because you love it and work with great people. It was actually a Civic with 5 speed that was bought for economy and I waited almost 6 months for it after it was ordered. That car made me a Honda owner forever. I had an 83 Chrysler that had so many problems and I tried to dump it under the lemon law but couldn't.
