Big ball joints. XRF K772
Canadian company. Good stuff. Uses an XRF prefix in front of a Moog PN. Jobbers sell only, check www.mibearings.com for the parts. They will sell direct.

hey Matt, educate me please... what makes these different from the moog k772

nevermind matt, i found a thread where you explained it

XRF deals typically only jobber with service garages. Not retail, and that is why most people have never heard of them. Service garages do not want repeat customers for a failed replacement part. This costs them money and their reputation. Moog has cheapened their product line.

Unless the pieces you get are vintage Moog and are made in USA your taking a gamble. I found a jobber willing to sell these parts to anybody, not just service garages. Prices for XRF parts at jobber are about the same as moog retail prices, so it's a non issue if your buying them from a jobber warehouse. Plus XRF offers a 1 million mile warranty. A vehicle using their off the shelf joints won the BAJA 1000 five years in a row according to their website. That's a very punishing race for any equipment let alone a stock off the shelf ball joint.

I picked up an XRF pitman arm i think it was for my sons 69 notch on rockauto closeout. Payed $9 for it LOL. I bet nobody even knew what it was. Its stored away with all new XRF front end parts for his car when we redo the front end.

Thank you for explaining that to me, those parts sound great.. Before knowing all that I just purchased all moog parts from my local mom and pop auto parts store, all the boxes are marked made in the USA... I hope they were! Thanks again..Rich

Funny, I emailed XRF about ball joint pricing, took them a month to get back to me. Gave me a Saskatchewan # and said contact their ONTARIO dealer lol. Are u sure they're Canadian Matt? I dont see anything on their website stating this. Salesman that relied back to me was Alex Yu.

1 million mile guarantee. Check out their website. Theres a video of em using supposedly off the shelf ball joints on a BAJA 1000 truck 5 years in a row. That's punishing for any vehicle parts

I checked website several times, no indication where any of there stuff is made. Sucks when technology makes communication easier for companies and they can't figure **** out. They dont know Saskatchewan from Ontario?? And a Canadian company? I get a response from Alex Yu? I would order from MI bearings, but US based so pricing and shipping would be ridiculous.
I'll call XRF instead of dealing with incompetence in an email(again).
Thanks:thumbsup:
Steve, the company is Canadian based. They have parts made everywhere but to their quality control standards Go to www.mibearings.com to order.

I've had success with Moog lower ball joints, tie rod ends and well as a pitman. I was surprised I could even get for a 74 A-body?
