Bad News About An Old Friend...

Found out some bad news about an old friend today. He has stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver. Yes, it's alcohol induced. I always knew the guy was a drunk. Everybody who worked around him or knew him knew it. He's one of those guys though you just cannot help but like. One of the best parts men I've ever worked with. Known him over 35 years. They caint do anything for him. He's not a candidate for a transplant, because he's in bad health otherwise, from years of abuse affecting all other aspects of his body. Plus, he's had covid on top of it and he's not tested negative yet, he still has it. So he doesn't have a lot of time left. I ask prayers for him and his family. Although he's divorced, he has three children who I'm sure will miss him terribly. Please, no snotty alcoholic comments. We are all sinners and all have our demons. Thanks.
