by the time the mail gets to you, we wont be able to afford the gas. I had a parcel come in today from MN that was supposed to be her last friday.

I'd be in, but it's the wrong color. Needs to be primer grey and then get personalized tags at the MVA that read "HOT ROD". Then I'd pitch in $5 so I can make five 8.2 second passes when it's my turn. Oh, and I want to run the blower for my turn.

You missed a step in your calculations. It’d actually be 8.4 minutes a year.
365 (days) x 24 (hours) x 60 (minutes) x 60 (seconds) / 62,000 (people) = 508.6 seconds or 8.47 minutes
