Recently put a 100 shot on my 340. Works well but has developed a long delay before it activates. At first it was like a 1/2 sec. delay when I mashed it using the wot switch. Now it like a 2 to 3 sec. delay. It still works well just a long delay. Bottle pressure at 950 fuel at 9 . No controller. Any ideas?

No I do not. I did do thre runs in a row and didn’t get any better. I do need to get one though. Thanks could be the problem. I’m new to this stuff.

there is a potential that if you don't have a filter for the nitrous line that something got into the solenoid and could be hanging it up.. that could eventually spell disaster. But I would think without a purge line you're pretty much sucking air for the first split second. Any longer could be a different problem.
What kit do you have? or solenoids?

Purge kit is not the answer here. A delay of 2-3 seconds means you have a serious issue somewhere, and purge kit would just mask the problem, if it helped at all.
At 100hp jetting, you should be able to make your three runs with almost no noticeable delay or hesitation.
Go over your system again to make sure the switch is being properly activated at wide open throttle every time. If you really have to shove the pedal into the floor that last half inch, it’s probably not activating the switch on acceleration, so simple adjustments may fix it.
Also check your tune. Nine psi at the nitrous system fuel solenoid is probably too high at that low power level. If so, it’s too rich at first and bogging down, same as having air in the nitrous side line.

It is a NX plate system. It calls for 8 to 10 fuel pressure at the solenoids. I did mine flowing pressure. I do need to go over the system again. It was great the first 3or 4 runs.

I should have asked before; when there is a delay does it feel like normal smooth engine power, or does it stumble or bog down, run rough, hesitate, or do anything abnormal you can add to the description?

Runs just like it does without nitrous. Starting to think I need to adjust the micro switch. I'll check it in the mourning. I do have to mash it hard to get full throttle.

Well. I feel stupid. WOT switch out of adjustment. Don't know how but it did. Must have been on the edge when i installed it. No hesitation at all now. Thanks everyone.
