Another reason not to like new cars.

Just off the top of my head, in no particular order:
- The godawful electronic rear view mirrors that do next to nothing to dim the bright headlights of the vehicle behind you. The old ones with the tab you flipped over at night were so simple and worked perfectly, but I guess the marketing geniuses figured people can't be bothered to do that anymore.
- The auto stop/start controls to shut the engine off when you come to a light
- Traction control that kills the throttle at the slightest bit of wheel slip. And I'm not talking about "stability control" that will cut power if you start getting sideways, that is reasonable to me. I've driven too many vehicles where the traction control is way over zealous.
- Trim level/option package arrangements that prevent you from getting anything but the base engine unless you move way up in price point by having to get all sorts of crap you don't want
