It won’t be near enough to build the room, I know the price of these cars, even in the best condition like this one, is probably no more than $14k, tops. And, it won’t be a room for Nana, it would be a room for Nella, with a roll in shower bathroom, currently our biggest challenge. Nana can take over Nellas room.
