Looks wet! Luckily Whidbey Island doesn't flood, all fresh water just runs into the salt water (Puget Sound). I'm at over 400 feet, so if it happens here it must have been a Tsunami!!!
It’s normally not but 17 inches of snow literally melted in a single day and we got 1.75 inches of rain during that day. You figure 4-6 inches of snow per inch of rain and we’re looking at 5-6 inches of rain in that period
