Rim gurus step in- can you indentify this rim? SBP?
There should be stampings on the backside of the wheel that indicate manufacutrer (chrysler pentastar shown in 1st pic) and wheel size (shown in 2nd pic). You may have to use a wire brush to find them. As for the bolt pattern you'll have to measure like 70Dart340 suggested.
