I am selling a holley super sniper stealth kit with the coil, cdi box, and a distributor for a low deck big block. Its all brand new and has never been installed. Its the 650hp kit that looks like a holley 4 barrel, with the wiring that comes out of the back of the throttle body. Asking $1350 for all of it. I think I have around $1800 in it all.

No. Its just a throttle body and the associated bits to hook it up. I was going to use it with a performer rpm intake. Mike
 
If anyone needs pictures of what's included let me know. Its all brand new and complete.

It would need a high pressure efi pump. Holley sells a fuel kit for this but I am not sure what it includes. You could buy an inline pump and plumb it that way. The system requires a return line, so you would have to work that out. I found the most logical choice for me was to use an aeromotive tank with the stealth pump, as it comes complete with the pump.
