Did any of you horsepower calculator guys ever use this

Came out low for us as well, I only use wallace
3800@the line, best we run is a 10.35@130 with a 1.43 60 through full exhausts.
dyno'd@694hp from 5500>5900
at 679fwhp it says
60 Foot E.T. : 1.44
1/8 Mile E.T. : 6.53
1/8 Mile Trap Speed : 104.17
1/4 Mile E.T. : 10.34
1/4 Mile Trap Speed : 130
1/4 Mile Trap RPM : 6,160
Does the Wallace calculator give a flywheel hp or wheel hp ?
