It looks like the 68 (A-body?) Frame has 73-up type Brakes ? with an aftermarket sway bar ? You could use the whole assembly but will need the correct Biscuit mounts and brackets.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. . I certainly can be.
I'd sell both frames and get a spool mount K member but thats just me. There are a few options for sure.
