Trick flow QC gone right down the crapper? Pics

The TF240s I recently got are perfect. In fact, all the sets I've seen have been as well.
That said, anything can happen with any product and it's good to know the Summit is still providing a high level of customer service. I hate to think of how things would have gone if you'd have bought from the guys over in Washington IL, or Indianapolis...........
