Okay, I didn't install in my shop or garage, I installed these in my laundry room.
My wife is out of town, and I thought I would surprise her by renovating our laundry room, which it desperately needed. So I painted, built some counters, installed some cabinets, etc. One of the bigger improvements was lighting. Lights before were just a few light bulbs and I wanted to step it up a few notches. So I went looking and found these lights.
I am here to tell you, I think these things are GREAT!

As part of the kit you get:
- 6 x LED T8 Fixtures
- 6 x Power Cords with ON/OFF Switch(59 inches)
- 6 x Installation Accessories
- 4 x Connector Cables(20 inches)

You can connect these things together on one switch or separate or in any combination. You get 6 - 8ft bulbs and all the cords. They can be either plugged in with the included plug or hardwired to a switch. Installing is as simple as installing a few little clips per light. VERY EASY. I installed mine inside the joists so the fixtures wouldn't be as visible.
No fluorescent buzz, instant on, no need to stock extra bulbs and inexpensive to operate.
I plan to install them in my garage before long as well.
