There are crews that go into stores with each stealing less than $200 worth of merchandise. The police are handcuffed by the socialist city council. Cops, They're quitting in droves. I won't go into Seattle any more. I don't even go into King county. Businesses are leaving in droves. Now the state wants to pass a capital gains tax.
