There’s a few books out there, but after looking around it’s hard to decide which one to buy. I’m looking for more of an instructional book that concentrates on the building of a small block LA series engine... This will be for a LA360. Any suggestions on your book of choice would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
 
William Burt's small block Mopar book is a good one to start with, "How to Build Big Inch Small Blocks" is good also.

Thank you sir! I’ve seen both of these and looked through the reviews on them. William Burts book had a few comments that said that he spent a lot of time discussing the history and progression of the engines. I am 100% interested in that as well, but wanted to make sure it had the technical aspect as well. Thank you for the input. There’s a copy online fir $25 shipped.
 
I have several books I'd like to sell. several are SA books. How to build a big inch Mopar SB, Holley casb tuning , Carter carb tuning, Chrysler Performance upgrades. Also Bill Carrolls tuning for performance, Petersen's complete book of Plymouth Dodge Chrysler.
