I'm going to pick this car up this weekend to source a couple of sheet metal parts and will probably part out the rest or sale it whole as-is after I'm done getting pieces I need.

I was wondering if there would be any interest here on FABO for parts off this car?

In no means is this car as nice as it looks in these pictures, but it does have some good metal on it.

Its supposedly a '71 Dodge Dart Swinger roller and will come with doors, fenders, rear bumper, dash, & trunk lid (not pictured). Doors and fenders looked solid. The trunk has rust holes in the outer skin in some spots, but appears to be solid on the inner skin. It has a 7-1/4 rear, V8 K-frame, & welded sub-frame connectors.

I'll post ads once I get the car and all pieces sorted out that appear to be solid.

when they find out how much it costs to ship. I have seen sales plummet and I suspect it is Covid-19. People aren't buying parts when it means food on the table or paying
the rent or mortgage. I assume it would be a good deal for you. Just get it and go from there.

I 100% agree with you and I am getting a good deal on it. I'm restoring a '69 Dart and need a couple of parts that will interchange, but the rest of it I'll have no use for. If I don't get any interest in it I may just turn it into a drag car just to have fun in.
 
Looks like a really nice body in epoxy primer. I wouldnt part that.
That's what got me to go look at it, but its not as solid as it looks in the pictures. I think the guy did that to get interest in it because when I told him I'd pass on it because it is rougher than the pictures lead on he just flat out said "what would you give me for it?" and took my offer immediately.
 
Great start for a drag car. I see a lot of potential with Lexan, fiberglass, and a cage. What sheet metal are you keeping out of the car?
 
Yeah drag it. Im willing to bet you can find whatever you may need for your 69 without cutting that one up.
 
About the only piece I need and main reason I'm getting the car is for the driver's side drip rail. Mine on my '69 is basically falling off. The plan is to drill out the spot welds and pull it out. If I keep it for a drag car I'd just spot weld the roof back down basically "shaving" the drip rail off on that side.

I may pull the rockers too if they're usable because mine are beat up.

Looking for a complete window washer system for an A Body from the reservoir to the squirt knozzles in the cowling if you have any or all of those parts please contact me

The car has been stripped of all good parts and is headed to the scrap yard soon. Car was in terrible shape with 1/2" thick bondo all in the quarters and passenger door.

I took a scuff wheel on my die grinder til about midwheel lip before i actually hit metal, then found more just after it and down in the dogleg too. Not saying 1/2 inch thick back there but someone did alot of work to cover up there hammer skills. ha

Dang it! Sorry about that. I thought it was just in the front 1/3 of the fender that I found and sent pics of. I'll cut some $ off the radiator support for you man to help out.

Now I'm going to completely strip the driver's fender to check it because I think its solid with no bondo, but now this makes me not so sure.

Well I appreciate that. Yeah I would check the other side just to be sure. I'm able to salvage it for now for fitment purposes and for practice but whoever had it did a number on it. Ill more than likely bite the bullet and order a new one down the road.
