DASH PAD

I'm sure this has been covered, but not having luck finding.. Can someone tell me how to remove dash pad from a 72 Demon.. preferably as detailed as possible. And, when buying a new dash pad, does it have the metal internal frame or is it JUST the pad... Thanks in advance, and sorry because I know it's probably been answered before.

Here's what it looks like out of the car. You can see the studs on the back where the nuts go. I recovered mine with new foam and vinyl. Wasn't too hard. I think it came out ok. Not oem but only about $20 in materials 20200510_172007~2.jpg
