[WANTED] Tachometer for 70 Duster

Check with instrument specialties Instrument Specialties when I sent my rallye gauges for repair they had a NOS tach still in the box for sale, that was about a year ago but I would imagine they still have it, It was pricy at around 1000.00 bucks

I'm going this route. Not my pix, but I archived them to do this with a SW sidewinder 3&3/8" tach, and painting the needle to match the others. If running a modern ignition setup and not an open restoration your better off with a modern tach.
70 I believe had the redline area marked out, where 68/9 did not, everything else I believe was the same.

That's a 68/9, altho there MAY be slight font differences between those years. Cant remember what year the "red line " was, either 70 or 71.
67 was had a different sweep orientation also. 1 year only.

Ummm no. The tachometer was available as an option in 67-68 rallye dash. In 1969 it was changed to the sidewinder style as shown, that style was used thru 1971.
