Pt. 2 Speed master magnum head review and run down

I decided just to start another thread for a short form review on them.
First off they advertise them is 179 cc's.
Ootb as cast..
They are 153 cc's intake.
Exh ports are 58cc.
The chambers advertised as 62cc.
The chambers are roughly 59cc

What does this mean...Besides why I've done so much for seemingly short of goal outcomes..though, when put in perspective are great outcomes given the patient. What did I get out of inspection and r&d...?
Well...with a 1.94 and two diff chamber unshrouding approaches ...that I can either get to 260'scfm and carry mediocre lower lifts like [email protected] ....or saturate in the 250's and have great velocity/low lift like [email protected],[email protected],[email protected],[email protected],[email protected] Now for those curious..that's worked to 160cc, the exhaust are still only 60cc and the chambers are @66 after shaping them into something that works.
Granted that's all revolving around a 1.94 and not a 2.02 , I don't think there would be earth shattering gains. 10cfm+/-
I'm speaking with Jason at Speedmaster back and forth about this... he's interested in the numbers, actualities and so forth.. Im interested in some return of $ or credit, since I paid too much for a head that isn't ... I also have a set here for a member and we might reassess what if anything or returning them if they aren't fitting the build. Will toss up the exh numbers shortly.. still steam in them ...just more the last stop is all.
Consider this my update review wrap up for now.
