I was changing out my leaf spring bushings and when I tightened up my shackle bolts I snapped one off. It had some rust and perhaps I tightened it a hair too much regardless I need a replacement. I can only find info on the AC delco one see pic attached , but it’s sold out most places online. Any other options? I know I can drill out the stud and run a bolt and I may end up doing that but wanted to see what my options are. Thanks.

Give me a mailing address, I owe a Karma forward offering. One of mine off the Dart was in good shape, blasted clean and T-9'd ready to go.

JUST Measure the diameter of the "bolts" so I can make sure my Dart's are the same as the Duster. Should be 1/2" diameter. B Bodies are 9/16.

I got my new ones from Nigel as well, but had to wait a month for them to come in over the New Year.
Wow....Everything is backed up. Might be a good time to take a break on the build. I'm sure the prices are reflecting the supply shortage.

Nigel rarely changes his pricing. Too much work with the dollar fluctuation and if the US price does rise, well our dollar is up to a whopping 80 cents, so he's probably got it covered as is.

Just waiting on the OP... I have my used one boxed, weighed and ready to go out....

that’s very kind of you. I have no problem paying for it and the shipping. I’m sending a Pm with address., thank you.

Shout out to dadsbee who is sending me the part for free. Than you for your generosity. There’s some great people on this forum, Glad to be a part of it.

She’s’ back on all fours now. Energy suspension bushings went in nicely. Shackle ends were real easy, front leaf spring bushings were a bit more of a pain, but after battling the first side, the next side went much easier. Drilled through the old bushing a bunch of times and removed the rubber and inner sleeve, then I put a bit of a relief cut(not quite all the way through with my saw all on the outer shell sleeve and a few whacks with a hammer and punch/chisel and out it came.
Just waiting for the weather to warm up and melt the rest of the snow.... so I can hit the roads.

Glad I could help you out, just paying it forward and I'm not a bad guy when it comes right down to it!
