How in HECK to you figure HP on a B&S engine?

So these all have the same series types of numbers, and I can find various things on the internet EXCEPT the specs as to CID (or CC) and HP

You can not get the HP rating and here is why.
Back in the early 1990's B&S along with others got there *** handed to them by the Fed's for lying about there advertised HP ratings. Gone went the HP ratings as they were not even close to what they actually were when they had to use S.A.E. methods.
I worked for Tecumseh at the time and we were caught with or pants down and had to do alot of fast talking and changed everything to CC advertised.
Honda Motor USA was the one that blew the whistle to the Fed's.
