Who owned the car and is it still around? I saw the car years ago at the first Halloween Classic I ran in 1986 and had a picture of the car but moves have gotten the pic lost.
Just wondering if car is still around.

This is the 68’ I owned in the mid 90s

He may have been related to the Helmick brothers. They had a green cuda with exact same wheels
Since you brought it up , what happened to "The Flying Dartman" Dart owned by the VietNam vet from North Olmsted Ohio ?
And "The Hooterville Express" RoadRunner that the nice woman used to race?
All from that same era. I took a lot of Mopar photos from Norwalk in those days and sometimes wonder.......

So weird to see those old pictures of Norwalk. Totally different place now.
It was a long time between my first time at Norwalk and my second and it was unreal how different it is now, It was a great track before and it’s even better now.

Is Denny and the car still around? I saw that car at Halloween Classic 13 the first time I got to Norwalk.

I recall that skunk car from my days racing at Quaker City in the early 80's. I remembered it was a Denny somebody and lo and behold, elletmatt posts the name! I remember the car and that name now and I believe he was very competitive back then. Thx for the memory!!
