We owned a house and then sold it a couple of years ago. I miss owning a home, but in dental school repairs were to expensive with not having an income anymore. All in 1 semester our heater went out in the winter, then ac broke after thab followed by a main water line busting... on student loans we could keep paying to fix everything.

The plan is to buy something on like 1/2 acre or so and build a little house for the family with a shop out back for me...
