We have these mats with a raised border to contain water when the snow melts off cars. Then clean up with a wet vac.
Not great for working under cars,but will contain any leaks.
Cleaning concrete can be a real pain. Nothing like a HOA around here. Im lucky to have my place, 50 acres, 10 of which is my yard. 8 outbuildings for various uses.cutting grass is the biggest drawback.lots to look after.
I dont regret having such a big place,but sometimes it can be overwhelming.
