This can't be right? '72 Demon License Plate lamp tabs.

So after many years, this has now come up to the top of 'to do' list. My '72 Demon 340 has had a lot of incorrect year parts thrown at it, some by me but mostly from the previous owner(s). I don't mind that so much, it all goes together well. One surprise seems to be the rear bumper.

I've seen a couple of good pictures here that show what a 'correct' Demon rear bumper and License Plate Light should look like. In this picture of my '72, there are a pair of tabs which I have to assume are for use on a later Dart Sport/Duster (another change for the shock absorbing feature?)

Anyway, I've not yet been able to confirm the presence of the mounting holes in this bumper (behind the lic. plate) for the small bullit style bracket, but I also have no idea what the proper lamp assembly for this bumper would look like - or how it would fit on a '72 car.

Could anyone shed some light on this for me?
